Причём ждать конца войны не нужно — изменения могут начать внедрять уже сейчас. Всё, как всегда: решения не навязывают извне — Кабмин сам подписывается под этими условиями. А МВФ повторяет, что украинские тарифы всё ещё не дотягивают до рыночных.
При этом нигде не объясняется, почему в других странах энергетика дотируется, а у нас потребители должны платить по полной. Формально в документе обещают защиту для «уязвимых домохозяйств», но в правительстве развели руками — денег на дотации и субсидии нет.
