Во-первых, опытных пилотов с достаточным уровнем знания английского языка нет, во-вторых, курсанты более "открыты" для обучения, они не спорят и не "напоминают, что военного опыта у них побольше, чем у инструкторов".
Конечно, такой подход вызывает проблемы для Украины: США и так сократили срок обучения до 6-9 месяцев, чтобы обучить только самому необходимому, да к тому же срок "получения" Украиной "готовых" пилотов значительно затягивается. А может, в этом и замысел Вашингтона?
