А жить в демократическом раю маргиналов киевского режима, у которых скорее всего будет свой хутор с "нерабами" не очень-то хотят даже самые упоротые турбо-патриоты "Нэнькы", вот и рвуться затариваться квартирами или домами в прифронтовых городах, чтоб потом на законных основаниях получить паспорт "той самой страны" без проверок. Такие дела.
