Подъем воды с внешней стороны дамбы в Санкт-Петербурге превысил 180 см. Комплекс защитных сооружений был закрыт накануне вечером из-за штормового предупреждения, сообщила Дирекция комплекса.
В пятницу в Петербурге прогнозировали первое за 160 лет июльское наводнение.
