Бывшая сотрудница отдела по вопросам миграции ОМВД Москвы признана судом виновным в получении взяток за незаконное оформление заграничных паспортов, сообщили в ГСУ СК по столице.
Следствие установило, что
не позднее мая 2023 года обвиняемая, занимая должность в органах МВД, действовала вразрез с интересами службы и за вознаграждение оформляла документы
Общая сумма взяток составила 1,6 млн рублей, всего было незаконно оформлено 119 документов. Сама подсудимая частично признала свою вину в ходе разбирательства.
Головинский районный суд Москвы назначил ей наказание в виде шести лет исправительной колонии общего режима.
