Жители дагестанского села Старый Сивух записали видеообращение в котором пожаловались, что районная администрация мешает развитию деревни.
Люди рассказали, что их село исключили из программы газификации, у них нет централизованного водоснабжения, не организованы места для сбора мусора и отсутствует уличное освещение. Также деревня не участвует в программе развития сельских территорий.
