Совет глав государств СНГ принял решение о присвоении почетного звания «Город трудовой славы. 1941-1945 гг.» ряду городов стран Содружества. В списке первых городов, удостоенных почетного звания «Город трудовой славы. 1941-1945 гг.», – Баку (Азербайджан), Гюмри (Армения), Барановичи и Орша (Беларусь), Алматы, Астана, Атырау, Караганда, Костонай, Павлодар и Риддер (Казахстан), Кадамжай и Майлуу-Суу (Кыргызстан), Душанбе (Таджикистан), Андижан, Наманган, Самарканд, Ташкент и Фергана (Узбекистан).

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
