В этом году около 400 тысяч человек уже изъявили желание подать документы на обучение. Принимаются юноши, не служившие в армии в возрасте от 16-22 лет, а также те, кто уже отслужил или служит до 24 и 27 лет соответственно. Подать заявку можно до 1 августа этого года. Государство полностью обеспечивает курсантов: проживание, питание и все необходимое для учебы и жизни
