Проблема присутствует как в работе сайта, так и мобильного приложения. Жалобы поступили от жителей Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга, Нижнего Новгорода, Екатеринбурга, Уфы, Саратова, Самары, Краснодара, оккупированного Крыма и ряда других регионов.
