Только что поступил ответ — проводится проверка. Благодарю прокуратуру за оперативность.
Давайте чуть вернемся назад. В 2019 году было принято решение депутатами Якутской городской думы о внесении изменений в правила землепользования и застройки этого села. Но это не означает, что был изменён вид разрешённого использования какого-то конкретного участка. Для таких изменений нужны серьёзные обоснования.
Напомню, что куплен участок был в 2012 году под теплицу, а в 2024 году вид использования земли внезапно изменился, что не может не вызывать вопросы.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
