Глава МР «Рутульский район» Давуд Амаевич Сулейманов, начальник РУО МР «Рутульский район» Акимов Фидель Курбанович приняли участие в церемонии возложения венков к могиле героя России.
Мы отдаём дань уважения тем, кто защищал нашу Родину, и выражаем благодарность ветеранам Великой Отечественной войны, а также тем, кто участвовал в боевых действиях в Афганистане и Чечне.
