Дзержинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел ходатайство следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Александра Перова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.167 УК РФ.
01.08.2023 Перов был задержан и ему предъявлено обвинение.
Следствие пишет, что 31.07.2023 в 19.29 Перов совместно с неустановленными лицами, имея умысел на уничтожение и повреждение чужого имущества, из хулиганских побуждений, используя бутылку с зажигательной смесью, совершил поджог районного военного комиссариата Центрального района, намереваясь причинить ему (комиссариату) ущерб.
