Московский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел административное дело по иску Алексея Калугина к УМВД России по Калининскому району СПб и ряду его сотрудников о признании незаконным действий (бездействия).
Суд сегодня решил признать незаконным отказ ответчиков принести извинения адвокату Калугину, нарушение прав и свобод которого установлено решением суда по делу 2а-29/2023. И обязал ответчиков, нарушивших права адвоката, или от имени сотрудников начальника УВМД, в течение 2 недель со дня вступления решения в законную силу извиниться перед истцом в письменном виде.
