В Октябрьском районном суде г. Санкт-Петербурга сторона обвинения завершила прения по уголовному делу в отношении Рахматшоха Курбонова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст.264 УК РФ
В прениях прокурор просил суд назначить Курбонову наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 6 лет 10 месяцев в ИК общего режима с запретом на право управления ТС сроком на 2 года 11 месяцев, также удовлетворить иски потерпевших.
