Мое же мнение прежнее. Как писал вчера, в рамках реализации нацпроектов необходим 1) парламентский контроль по ходу проекта и 2) проверка через 1-3-5 лет после его сдачи. А то ленточку перерезают под камеру и бросают все гнить (как в Выдрино или как на одном из объектов Нижегородской области на Волге).
