Было бы неплохо отдельно выделить деньги на патриотическое образование наших соотечественников, ведь совсем недавно главный саамский активист, директор Фонда саамского наследия сбежал то ли в Норвегию, то ли в Финляндию, и просил там убежище. Получается, со стороны области выделяются средства на повышение уровня жизни и развитие национальной культуры, а со стороны Норвегии средства на идеологическую обработку. И в итоге мы получаем странный результат. Может, давайте наоборот, расширим сферу поддержки? Лекторы для проведения бесед по идеологии Отечества подготовлены.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit.
