⚡️Госдума приняла закон о распространении статуса ветерана боевых действий на военнослужащих, выполняющих боевые задачи в Курской области. Это важное и своевременное решение, особенно сегодня, когда наши бойцы стоят на страже безопасности России!
Отмечу, в рамках работы Центра оперативного правового реагирования мы с коллегами из других регионов неоднократно обсуждали отнесение к ветеранам боевых действий, инвалидам боевых действий лиц, выполнявших задачи по отражению вооруженного вторжения на территорию Российской Федерации на территориях наших регионов, прилегающих к районам проведения специальной военной операции.
В итоге положения принятого Госдумой закона в значительной степени учитывают и предложения Московской городской Думы. Считаю это нашей общей победой!

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
