Hintergrund: In den RKI-Protokollen vom Februar und Anfang März 2020 liest man von einem geringen Risiko, Söder & Co. ließen Karneval feiern. Erst am 16.03.2020 erhielt das RKI den Befehl, hochzuskalieren. Die Fachleute wurde davon genauso überrumpelt wie die Bevölkerung, während Wirtschaftskapitäne offenbar vorgewarnt waren.
Das sehr frühe Datum 13.02.2020 war mir neu. Es liegt zeitlich vor der Lockdownforderung vom 24.02.2020 von Rottmann-Grosser (Major a.D. und Wielers Vorgesetzter) und auch vor dem Wechsel von General Holtherm ins BMG am 01.03.2020. @jensspahn hatte also ausreichend Zeit für das Einfädeln seiner Maskendeals.
