Денис Валентинович, соотвественно, приобретает максимально возможную в текущей российской вертикали самостоятельность.
Учитывая личные бизнес-интересы Юрия Ивановича, любопытно, во что это выльется в части освоения миллиардов, выделенных на развитие микроэлектроники.
