Если немного отступить и посмотреть на всю ситуацию целиком, очень смахивает это на косплей ситуации 1937-1938 гг., когда Сталин, боясь заговора военных и угрозы с их стороны своей власти, запустил волну массовых арестов в РККА.
Ну не похоже это на обычные коррупционные чистки. Тот же Кузнецов был по факту главным HR-щиком в армии. То есть человеком, который по роду деятельности общался и был связующим звеном между военным составом различных частей и подразделений.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
