🔺مرکز نوآوری و تحول دیجیتال اتاق بازرگانی تهران که با همکاری شبکه تبادل فناوری و شرکت توسعه آهن و فولاد گل‌گهر، سلسله رویدادهایی را به منظور استفاده بهینه از سرباره فولادسازی کوره‌های قوس الکتریکی برگزار و طرح‌های فناورانه و نوآورانه برای کاهش اثرات زیست‌محیطی سرباره‌ها و تبدیل آنها به محصولات قابل مصرف را ارزیابی کرده بود، گزارش کاملی از این فرآیند ارائه داد و عنوان کرد که ۱۹طرح به این فرآیند ارائه و داوری شده است.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
