У Цаликова есть чин действительного государственного советника России первого класса, что позволяет ему стать сенаторомотпарламентаТувы без необходимости проживать на территории субъекта в течение последних 5 лет или в совокупности в течение 20 лет. Цаликов работал заместителем Сергея Шойгу в МЧС, аппарате губернатора Московской области и министерстве обороны.
С 2019 года постсенатораотпарламентаТувы занимает Дина Оюн, она входит в комитет Совета Федерации по бюджету и финансовым рынкам.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
