Как сообщают армянские СМИ, по словам жены генерала Амест Ерицян, сотрудники Следственного комитета прибыли в их дом около 9:30 утра и сообщили, что у них есть ордер на арест. Тиран Хачатрян на месте ознакомился с обвинением и сообщил жене, что оно касается 44-дневной войны.
По словам адвоката Тирана Хачатряна, все материалы ведут к аресту и, скорее всего, до конца дня генерал будет арестован.
