В Октябрьский суд поступило второе дело (№ 1-184/2025) в отношении создателя строительной пирамиды Михаила Жукова (ст. 200.3 УК - привлечение денежных средств участников долевого строительства в нарушение требований законодательства). Причем первое уголовное дело №1-175/2025 (по тяжкой статье 187 УК и средней тяжести 199 УК РФ) уже гарантирует реальный срок «серийному мучителю обманутых дольщиков», в отношении которого Октябрьский суд оставил в силе решение об аресте.
