Исключение составят случаи, определенные федеральными образовательными стандартами. Соответствующий закон Совет Федерации одобрил на заседании 26 февраля.
Законодатели отмечают, что в последнее время открывается много факультетов в непрофильных медицинских учреждениях, которые дистанционно проводят подготовку медицинских работников, что недопустимо. Принятый закон повысит качество медицинских услуг.
Также документ наделяет Министерство здравоохранения правом разработки типовых образовательных программ обучения медперсонала и медиков.
