Деньги ушли на Кипр на счета компании Nortodia Trading Ltd. Фактическим же собственником «Рейл Транзит Карго Украина» была российская «Русагротранс» из группы компаний «Рустранском» российских мультимиллионеров Константина Засова и Константина Синцова.
