Украинское ЧАО «Юкрейниан Кемикал Продактс» и российское ООО «Титановые инвестиции» Фирташа, являющиеся собственниками ряда заводов в оккупированном Крыму, задолжали банку более 2,5 млрд руб по кредиту, взятом в апреле 2015 года. Выплаты прекратились в феврале 2016-го.
Банкстеры потребовали от киприотов наложить обеспечительные меры на имущество миллиардера и компаний Group DF Holdings Limited, Letan Investments Limited и Tolexis International Limited.
Иск по существу начнут рассматривать в конце января.
