Расследование относительно «ДТЭК» было начато АМКУ в 2015 году после заявления Нацкомиссии осуществляющей регулирование в сфере энергетики и коммунальных услуг, которую возглавлял бывший топ-менеджер президентской корпорации Roshen Дмитрий Вовк.
