15 февраля на сцене Районного Дома культуры «Радуга» состоялся 14-ый Межрайонный фестиваль гражданской и патриотической песни «Гвоздики Отечества». Этот фестиваль стал незабываемым своими сильнейшими номерами. Участники из Вяземского муниципального района, Бикинского района, района имени Лазо выступили с достойными патриотическими номерами. В итоге, самую высшую награду – Гран-при было присуждено Виктору Новикову. Несмолкаемые аплодисменты были огромной благодарностью каждому исполнителю.
