По сведениям ведомства, в результате обстрела 31 марта, в районе 00:50, был поврежден жилой дом, пострадавших нет.
Одновременно призываем азербайджанскую сторону расследовать факт обстрела жилого дома в населенном пункте Хнацах и выступить с публичными разъяснениями.
