В Хабаровском крае долгое время, начиная с 2018 года, была не занятой вакансия вице-губернатора. Сергей Фургал считал, что эта должность не нужна, и депутаты в 2019-м вообще сократили ее.

Новый глава региона Михаил Дегтярёв решил иначе, и те же депутаты поддержали уже его. Теперь в Хабаровском крае двое вице-губернаторов Никитин и Ганделян.

Так вот, мы к чему, депутаты Законодательной Думы поддержали ввод новых высокооплачиваемых должностей для назначения на них Никитина и Ганделяна. Как нам удалось узнать, поддержали практически единогласно (при одном воздержавшемся). И этим воздержавшимся был не Кукушкин и не Ильин - действующие "оппозиционные" депутаты краевой Думы.
