Во время общеобластного приема, который мы провели в прошлую пятницу, с вопросами к органам власти обратились без малого 760 участников СВО и членов их семей. Они касались самых разных тем: положенных льгот и выплат, медицины и реабилитации, розыска пропавших без вести. Во всех муниципалитетах Дона с обращениями работали представители местных администраций, уполномоченных федеральных структур и общественных организаций.
Благодарю всех, кто принял участие в организации и проведении общеобластного приема. Впереди у нас много работы – каждое обращение должно быть отработано, без формализма и бюрократии.

And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
