Проект КРТ прошёл через Департамент городского имущества, ТЭПы уточнились - к верхней границе "до 129 тыс. м2" добавилась нижняя - "от 97 тыс. м2" - это примерно как пол-НКЦ.
Официальные СМИ делают акцент в своих публикациях на физкультурную составляющую комплекса и ставят в качестве картинки гантельки-тренажёры, но никаких 100 тыс метров гантелек ожидать не стоит - это офисник, в довольно странном, впрочем, месте (до метро далеко, транспортно очень неочевидно).
По соседнему КРТ (автосалон "На Береговом") пока тишина, арендатор никуда не собирается и активно набирает сотрудников.
