Получили положительное заключение от Главгосэкспертизы по проекту строительства этапа 4.1 ШМСД. Участок пройдёт от Глухоозёрского шоссе и от улицы 2-ой Луч до развязки на Союзном проспекте.

Это один из самых сложных и важных этапов магистрали: почти 8 километров основного хода дороги, включая новый разводной мост через Неву. Мост спроектирован в виде однокрылой раскрывающейся системы, у него будет самое большое разводное крыло в городе.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
