А пока вот вам график уровня счастья в зависимости от возраста.
Это на базе данных всего мира, почти всех стран, культур и т.д.
На каждый год обозначен 60 перцентиль в качестве уровня счастья, то есть 60% людей в этом возрасте ниже и 40% людей выше по уровню счастья.
Но в любом случае если вам примерно как мне 30 то мы с вами находимся на летящих вниз американских горках 😁
Хорошая новость что счастьем можно управлять и оно только на 50% генетически обусловлено. В общем ты знаешь что делать (лайкать этот пост и ждать пока я рожу секреты счастья)
