سلوان مومیکا ملحد مسیحی‌زاده عراقی است که پیش از مهاجرت به سوئد به عنوان شبه نظامی در یکی از گروه‌های حشد الشعبی فعال بود. او بعدها یک گروه مسلح نصرانی را تاسیس کرد که در ارتباط با گردان‌های مسیحی «بابلیون» بود. اتهامات بسیاری علیه این شبه نظامیان طائفه‌گرا در عراق مطرح است. او پس از اختلاف و درگیری با ریان کلدانی فرمانده جنبش شبه نظامی بابلیون به سوئد گریخت و سپس به عنوان فعال اسلام ستیز فعال شد.
مومیکا به فعالیت‌های تحریک آمیز علیه مسلمانان و توهین و هتک حرمت قرآن مشهور بود. او امروز در آپارتمانش در استکهلم کشته شد.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
