الخبر غير صحيح المقصود بالقرار هي ( الأقسام الخاصة في المشافي العامة ) الموجودة في مناطق النظام السابق و قد كانت تأخذ نصف القيمة فتم تخفيض هذه النسبة إلى الربع أما مشافي إدلب و باقي المشافي العامة فالوضع على ما كان ( مجانية بشكل كامل )
