Четырехэтажное здание общей площадью более 17 930 квадратных метров получило официальное разрешение на ввод в эксплуатацию.

6 июня 2025 года Комитет государственного строительного надзора Москвы выдал заключение о соответствии объекта проектной документации. В ближайшее время арендаторы приступят к отделке помещений, чтобы открыть новые пространства для работы и отдыха.

Для тех, кто хочет стать частью нового комьюнити центра - пишите в личку, осталось всего несколько помещений на первом этаже, остальные - сданы.

Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
