LRH gibt AfD Recht – 80 Millionen Euro sofort für Kommunen verfügbar
Der Landesrechnungshof hat in seiner Antwort (E-Mail vom 26.05.2025) auf eine Anfrage die Rechtsauffassung der AfD-Landtagsfraktion in Bezug auf die Auszahlung aufgestauter Mittel aus dem Kommunalen Ausgleichsfonds bestätigt, wonach diese nicht verpflichtend gebunden sind, sondern lediglich unverbindliche und nicht zahlungswirksame Reservierungen darstellen.
Anders als die Landesregierung in ihrer Antwort auf die Kleine Anfrage zu Bewilligungen aus dem Kommunalen Ausgleichsfonds (Drucksache 8/909) behauptet, bewertet der LRH die Zweckbindung der aufgelaufenen Fondsmittel in Höhe von gut 140 Millionen Euro als nicht nachvollziehbar und stützt damit weiter seine eigene sowie die AfD-Forderung nach teilweiser Ausschüttung.
