Суд приговорил экс-главу поселка Белый Яр Елену Никифорову к заключению в колонии общего режима на срок 1,7 лет за превышение полномочий и халатности. Об этом сообщает URA.RU.
Совокупный конечный срок Некифоровой равен одному году и семи месяцем в колонии общего режима. Также в течение 2,6 лет ей запрещено занимать руководящие должности.
