🔻به گزارش روابط عمومی شهرداری منطقه ۳ حضور خانوادگی اقشار مختلف مردم و رضایت از بخش های متنوع این جشنواره نشان از خلاقانه بودن بخش‌های جشنواره و طراحی متناسب با تمامی ذائقه‌ها را دارد.

🔻نوروزگاه فرهنگ و ملل ۱۴۰۴ با ایجاد بخش جدیدی با عنوان «گذر داستان ایران» با رویکرد هنرمندانه و متفاوت به شاهنامه حکیم ابوالقاسم فردوسی می‌پردازد. این بخش با استقبال ویژه مردم و اهالی فرهنگ و هنر مواجه شده است.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
