Студенты, преподаватели и сотрудники Президентской академии почти полгода обсуждали Кодекс этики. Для нас было важно учесть все пожелания и полученные рекомендации.
В результате Кодекс был принят Ученым советом Академии. Его действие вступило в силу.
Прошу вас отнестись к положениям Кодекса со всей серьезностью. Они в равной степени касаются каждого, кто учится, преподает и работает в нашем общем доме – Президентской академии.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
