«Последнее обсуждение, о котором вы все наверняка знаете, — это встреча лидеров двух стран в Тиране. Мы считаем, что в ближайшее время можно будет провести новые обсуждения с азербайджанской стороной», — он.
Костанян не согласился с мнением, что переговорный процесс между Арменией и Азербайджаном зашел в тупик.
«Я бы не стал оценивать процесс как тупиковый. Предпосылкой для подобной оценки является, как минимум, отсутствие обсуждений. Между тем, обсуждения есть и с Турцией, и с Азербайджаном», — подчеркнул Ваан Костанян.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
