Поскольку вчера у нас был День российской науки, то не грех похвалиться, что на этой неделе мне довелось посетить один из её главных центров — наукоград Кольцово в Новосибирской области. Этот научный центр на самом деле всем известен, даже тем, кто никогда не слышал про «рабочий посёлок Кольцово» — именно там находится знаменитый «Вектор», разработчик вакцины от ковида и многих прочих отечественных вакцин.
По этому поводу хочу сказать большое спасибо учредителям премии — администрации наукограда Кольцово и уникальному журналу «Сибирские огни». Журнал реально уникальный — старейший из непрерывно существующих литературных журналов России и всего бывшего СССР, учреждён ещё аж в начале 1922 года.
И, конечно же, большое спасибо издательству АСТ и редакции КПД.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
