Там лететь-то минут десять. Абхазия и от гражданской войны с Грузией до сих пор не отошла, а так её вообще в пещеры загонят.
Да и попахивает такое предложение полноценным международным терроризмом, будем откровенны.

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
