Универсам «Калининский» на Замшиной улице, 29, 1970 год. Это второй в Ленинграде универсам, построенный по типовому проекту 272-13-27. Первым был «Фрунзенский», открытый 3 сентября того же года на Бухарестской улице.

«Калининский» немного отличается отделкой — колонны универсама в Купчине были белыми, а на Замшиной облицованы чёрной плиткой. В конце 1970 года был сдан ещё один такой магазин — «Выборгский» на проспекте Науки.
