Добрый день. Благодарю за пост про программы стимулирования рождаемости.
Подтверждаю доводы и главное, выводы Профессора. Мы сами обладатели этой награды («Родительская слава»), которую нам вручили этой весной в СПб. Так вот, если бы супруга не работала в одной из центральных гимназий, она никогда бы не узнала о существовании таковой.
К сожалению, деятельность по стимулированию рождаемости свелась к показухе для красивых отчетов. Вручили медаль, диплом, премию 25 тыс руб., коробку конфет и букет с вялыми розами.
Самое печальное, что по речи губернатора я увидел, что он не знает как на самом деле нужно стимулировать рождаемость. Все потуги его администрации сводятся к деньгам. Увы, но никто заморачиваться, т.е., вникать в суть вопроса не хочет. Не увидел желания слышать и слушать людей. Обратная связь с чиновниками сведена к минимуму.
Наверху наблюдаю тотальную ДУХОВНУЮ НИЩЕТУ, которую, по моему мнению, мы унаследовали от СССР, но так до сих пор и не преодолели. Надежда на детей наших!
