Планируется, что самарские школьники смогут проходить летние тренировки на побережье Абхазии. Абхазские дети в свою очередь смогут посещать базу на Волге в Самарской области.
Проект поддержан губернатором и правительством Самарской области. Ведутся переговоры с Федерацией парусного спорта России.
