По поводу перехода контроля над Яндексом. Ковальчуки уже достаточно давно на ножах с Семьёй и прочими близкими к ним лицами, стоящими в том числе за Бегловым. Действующий глава Яндекса Кудрин никогда не был близок к Ковальчукам и вызывал у них только раздражение, Михаил не любил его за склочный характер и постоянные споры по любому поводу, в том числе с Президентом. Яндекс сейчас завис в передаче активов Банку ВТБ Костина, теснейшим образом связанного с Семьёй. Да и неясно, зачем Ковальчукам Яндекс, если у них есть ВКонтакте? @arbat
