Считаю назначение Ирины Леонидовны Подносовой председателем Верховного суда России хорошим и продуманным решением. В первую очередь я хотел бы выделить серьезный опыт Ирины Леонидовны. Нужно сказать как про опыт работы «на земле», так и о её узнаваемости в судебном сообществе. Она, безусловно, даст новый импульс развития судебной системы. Верю, что она продолжит выбранный президентом вектор на декриминализацию экономических составов и продолжение сглаживания сегодняшних реалий с законом и правоприменительной практикой.
